I know where you coming from but…
Look at Swansea. We are on a similar trajectory. 
Next year we'll be serious contenders. But we are no way ready this year. There 
is no reason to say that this is a week league & next years relegated teams 
will be promotion certainties. What we are seeing is a closing of the gap 
between the divisions. 
What works? Team work, good football & defense. Plus depth of players. 
Of the teams up for it next year only Leicester challenge us. 
We are a big team, we have spirit & we play good football. We have less to fix 
than most and we have greater potential than all. 
So I think next year or the year after. 
SG is building the team with that in mind.
