“The best teams in the world have the best players but they also have players who are mentally strong, who know how to win games and who learn from past experiences. “We’ve got a group with an average age of 25 and it might be that we need to add a bit of experience to that. It might help the younger ones, who are good players, and guide them on. We tried to do it last summer but those players weren’t out there at the time.”
