Andy - I'm afraid to say you can't (in my experience anyway) get a decent Tetley's outside the West Yorkshire conurbation. Personally, I think the 'smooth' you get elsewhere is rank. It has to be cask. If you drink smooth, you might as well drink guiness. Awful stuff.
