Fortunately, the Herald has claimed the injunction doesn't apply in Scotland and needs a separate court order from a Scottish court. So, for now, Betty can tell us all the Super Injunctees apparently, whilst the BBC, Sun, Sky etc are gagged. Cheers Paul
