I have become quite a fan over the last few years. The stats are a bit mind-boggling (the Americans sure love their stats!), but if you let them wash over you, the game itself can be quite entertaining. The best thing for me, and something that our sports could certainly learn a lot from, is how MLB handle the distribution of their games - I subscribe to MLB.TV. For just $109 a year, I can watch every single MLB game online (that's 162 games per team!), either live or archived. And the way the games are streamed allows full DVR-style controls and the ability to jump to particular innings. It even has a feature that allows highlights from other games to pop-up onscreen etc. Pure class, and dirt-cheap. If only we had that for UK football...
