The paperback was going to be issued in September (I assume for the Christmas market) and the fans were going to organise a booksigning. The booksigning will still happen but the paperback has been brought forward because of the two awards.
I think the alteration to the title is because there have been some changes/additions from the hardback version. Maybe it has been updated with more recent events.
