Are the cuts hitting Yorkshire the hardest?

As far as I knew the cuts (in public sector) hit London the hardest, or are
you talking about Gordon's recession/banking crisis?

And 4 of the 6 biggest drops are clubs from Yorkshire. Where the
cuts.........you know, the "we are all in this together" cuts........are
