Not saying you're wrong but to answer your questions: -

He spent three years in La Liga whilst we were heading for the third tier of
English football, appearing 52 times and scoring 13 goals for a team which
reached the Championship play-off finals last season which is better than we
could manage.

> Where did Mcphail end up playing most of his football ?

In a division above us if you must know, his current team also reached the
Championship play-offs last season - he also figured quite prominently in a
side that we couldn't beat at home two days ago.

Again - considering you thought the manager at the time didn't have a clue,
how can how you possibly judge his impact.

> What did fat b'stard Viduka do when he left Leeds - not a right f;cking
lot.

Scored 49 goals for a premiership club in the 3 seasons after leaving us, 19
in one season.
Whilst we were heading for division 3.

>
> What happened to Paul Butler and Sean Gregan ?

Now I don't think you were they only one that knew they were f'ing useless.
I still have nightmares about Gregan strolling forward and falling over on
the half way line.

> I could go on .....

And probably will :-)

> Let's see how Becchio's career maps out ?

He's no Lionel Messi but to date he has scored 57 goals for us in 122 games,
that's not a bad stat - it's only 8 less than McCormack has scored in his
career.

> Let's see how Bradley Johnson's career ?

I'm sure that Johnson is quite happy with his career, I think he's sh*te too
but he's playing well and regularly in the premiership.

One could equally, ask what happened to Matthew Spring or Olly Dacourt after
they left us?
