If he refused to play, then fine him the maximum 2 weeks wages, then keep doing this every 2 weeks until the end of his contract. If he doesn't want to play for us, then let him rot in his garden until the end of his contract on zero pay.
He is in breach of contract, and we have no obligation to pay him. However, we hold his player registration. Hold it until the end of his contract, and don't let the fcker go anywhere else to help anyone else (especially in our league). Do not let him just slip away to WHU or wherever else he would prefer to be. He is worth only one thing to us (nobody is going to pay a fee for the fcker).
