You're right it's probably been a distraction for Grayson. However, that does not mean he's not the right man for the job.
People sleep with people they shouldn't all the time. It's life! The real reason we aren't ten points clear at the top is not the manager. It is because the chairman spend 7 million on the ground and not the team. If team spirit is low it's not because Grayson can't keep it in his pants, it's cos the player are being offered a packet of sweets as pay rises for good performances - eg White.
