afraid sean, i'm thinking as you are. i feel that blame lies at bates feet for only allowing a mismatch of bargain buys and an attitude that turns off eerybody, fans players potential player, friends and (potential investors?), and imo a lot of credit to grayson for putting up with that, making a fist of it and keeping a positive spin. but is it too knee jerk to think like you that something has to give, and we know that won't be bates. my first concern is simon has consistently struggled when it matters, even when we went up we almost blew it. when he came in he brilliantly sorted maccas leaky defence but our defensive shambles has none gone on far too long without address. And now, we do seem to have lost a shape, vision, direction and belief....which i would suspect a new batch of maybes coming in in jan would do little to change. I was very sad when wilko had to go, but he did. Is it now simon's time? I have suggested once or twice that Simon needs a co-manager...mainly to deal with the psycological side when things gets critical,. Maybe a new backroom asst manager and defensice coach would be our best jan signings. Realistically, Hard to see a different solutionthan a new manager unless the impossible of bates moving on. I
I'm dreaming of a white new year happy 2012 all _______________________________________________ Leedslist mailing list Info and options: http://mailman.greennet.org.uk/mailman/listinfo/leedslist To unsubscribe, email [email protected] PETE CASS (1962 - 2011) Rest In Peace Mate
