So back to the footy. Do we assume that any player dropped today will never play again for Leeds? Still amazed by those comments . Not going to do much for dressing room morale is it ? For me though that showed a manager who cares and I'm still supporting Grayson.
Going out and getting a Spurs youngster on loan is not the answer for me. Even if he turns out to be another Max Gradel we need some stability at the back. At Barnsley I thought the defending was shocking and I can't see any future if he continues to put his trust in O'Dea and Paddy. When you also think that Grayson is ready to shell out a considerable fee for the hapless Danny Pugh and also put trust in Becchio 'rediscovering his form' you wonder what his going through his head ? Also, the O'Brien situation has never been explained to us fans and no replacement has emerged. What exactly is O'Brien doing this afternoon apart from picking up his wages and stroking his cock by the fire? Also, why does Becchio show no respect for the fans and his teammates ? Straight down the tunnel on more than one occasion recently ? The worse thing about the Barnsley debacle for me was Bechhio's consolation goal. I could just imagine Becchio saying after the game -'well lads I did my job, what about you?'. Nothing could be further from the truth which was that he came on to assist a failing attack and actually made it worse. The bloke is a joke. Can he speak English yet ! So big game today and a decent crowd apparently despite Master Bates making this a category A game. £36 for a West or East Stand ticket - unbelievable when you think about it. Let's hope for a win and a hat-trick from the new lad. You have to dream. We are Leeds !
