To be fair the MS stated that principle clearly and unashamedly. 
Reminds me of the same prurient puritanical bullshit managerial spirit of my 
previous place of employ. 
As part of a managerial team we were asked how best to make our health provider 
more profitable. I suggested to make a strategic alliance with the burial 
society and stop all treatment. That way we'd  cut expenses and increase 
income. 
My next effort was an answer to how we should name a new area clinic. We needed 
a name name that would encompass the genuine desires of our member patients. My 
suggestion of calling the clinic the name of our biggest rivals was also poorly 
received.
Health providers and football teams are not there to make fucking profits… 
maybe not catastrophic losses.
