I had the same. Cancelled 3 days ago and was told I would have ESPN until
20th February and was disconnected immediately. I also filled in the
feedback form but don't expect any response.
Can't say I am bothered though, as I only took it for the Arsenal match, and
it has confirmed my suspicions that ESPN is rubbish.

Did anyone else take Sky up on their offer of 2 months free ESPN just
before the Arsenal game? Part of the deal was that you have to give 31
days notice to cancel. I finally found a phone number t0 contact them (as
you don't seem to be able to downgrade online, only upgrade)and dully gave
my 31 days notice yesterday and was told I had until 23 Feb to view
anything I had Sky+d and view ESPN. Tonight I had a look, and they've
disconnected me already. I did fill in the feedback form they sent, but
wondered if I am alone in this? Can't say I'm that bothered, but that's
not the point....
