I finally found a phone number t0 contact them (as you don't seem to be able to downgrade online, only upgrade)and dully gave my 31 days notice yesterday and was told I had until 23 Feb to view anything I had Sky+d and view ESPN. Tonight I had a look, and they've disconnected me already. I did fill in the feedback form they sent, but wondered if I am alone in this?
