No I suffer from seeing things in more than black or white. I think its too simplistic to say DOL was lucky cause he inherited it a good squad and squads run themselves.. If that was the case why would anybody hire a manager?
Also, the fact that he had good "raw material" means nothing. I can go out and buy the best piece of meat and cook it to shits. I d still need to apply knowledge to get the best result of that raw material. having said that I think DOL is more a "good weather" manager than one than can turn things around, ie no money, no nothing..
