I knew that argument was coming, and it is totally ridiculous. Even with the shite Bates has brought upon this club, his "only" allowing 30 professional players on the books, his selling of (or allowing to leave) players like the mighty Kilkenny or Johnson (who is now apparently a pub player according to your master).
Even with all that, are you seriously telling me that we do not have the squad to beat that Coventry City team last night? Yes, overall Bates is responsible because he allowed Redfearn to be in charge, yes Bates' mother is responsible for not keeping her legs crossed the night she conceived him, yes God was responsible for creating heaven and earth. Does not detract from the fact that last night we could and should have beaten Coventry. We didn't because of Redfearns initial team selection and then his shocking substitutions. Are you going to argue with that? I suspect you will... -----Original Message----- From: Ian Murray [mailto:[email protected]] Sent: 15 February 2012 08:02 To: Mark Humphries Cc: Richard Walker; Leeds List Subject: Re: [LU] Cov on the radio Ultimately Bates is responsible. _______________________________________________ Leedslist mailing list Info and options: http://mailman.greennet.org.uk/mailman/listinfo/leedslist To unsubscribe, email [email protected] PETE CASS (1962 - 2011) Rest In Peace Mate
