Just a question Jim. You say that you will not give Bates another penny, and I do understand that sentiment. A number of fans have said the same on waccoe etc and all say that they will get season tickets etc as soon as Bates has gone.
My question is 'what will it take to get you to come back' If Bates were to drop dead tomorrow then I assume Suzanne Bates or Sean Harvey would take over - would you come back them? If Bates sells the club - will you buy your tickets straight away ? What if, as is likely, the new owner is a Bates clone - that is another shady, dodgy businessman ? What if the new owner put up prices or at least does not bring them down to a more sensible level ? If you, as seems to be the case, have decided that the ownership of the club, is the overriding factor in your attending or not ,what does the new owner need to be or do to get you to come back ?
