Being one of those overseas supporters, I can tell you very clearly and
loudly, I am thankful for the match reports from Rich, Dave, Nick and
others....bad as they've been for most of the season. I've learned one
thing....being as we're only six points from a playoff spot does not
mean we're that good....it simply means we're slightly better than the
clubs below us, and that isn't saying much. I've never heard such dire
comments from the regular attendees as this season. And there was me,
some weeks ago, wondering out loud, where were the sell-outs at Elland Road!
Originally, I thought Ken Bates was going to raise our club from the
ashes and bring LU back to where we should be. What a bloody joke that
has been! If only he had the sense to sell to someone who really wants
to see Leeds United play in the Premier League. I think Bates would
rather have us play in the Conference.
