Hi Roy, how much do you pay for your guys? I am paying I think its 100gbp per month plus vat. I ve had no issues either but only been with them a little bit. My guys are Nixon Williams in fxxxx Blackpool. They ll help you setup as well. and probably charge you for it as well, but its an expense that can be deducted.
