Damain -- I did say right now that I am beginning to have doubts. I did want him,SG, out. I did want Colin in. The reason was the squad which was bloated and useless. As I am writing I am thinking. There were three reasons for shit squad. One was those who were sold. That seemingly is Bates. The second is those that were not acquired that the manager wanted. Again Bates The third are those acquired and what is achieved -- that is SG.
All in all I think that both Bates & Grayson failed us. Now meanwhile just Bates. I do think that SG played Bates wrongly. He was loyal and a gentleman to a shit. Colin seems to have a more promising attitude. The bottom line though is no one can succeed with Bates there.
