Strange thing to say, Tim Footballers are lots of things -- but they are not slaves. As for SKYE --- it is a going concern that reckons that what it's worth to pay. If you have complaints it should be on how the windfall is re-invested.
Just imagine --- if the 'powers that be' insisted as in Germany that the teams be majority supporter owned. And the money was used to that end with bonuses for youth development & soccer community projects. You would get rid of all the filth like Bates and foreign wannabes. It would all be so much more healthy. Just a dream.
