We were shocking yesterday. The back four were nearly dropping into penalty area when they had the ball. If Colin really thinks we are just one player (a striker) away from having a promotion challenging team then he should be sacked.
Where do you start, I wouldn't look to retain any of the loanees. A winger who will not take on a full back, centre half who has no presence and midfielder who disappears far too often at important times. Add to that the incompetence of Lees (cost us 3 goals yesterday), Peltier, Barney & White and the future is not looking good. Our back 4 terrorised by very average Derby, Boro & Forest strikers in recent weeks. Its embarrassing! I am afraid I grown increasingly by Colin's team selections & tactics. The man is a dinosaur. To be honest we have plenty of options for nearly every position - just they are all a bit workmanlike and no real excitement in the team. If Somma and McCormack are at their best - there is some quality upfront - not a lot in midfield though.
