He's an average striker, lousy control and a great grafter. I cannot see how, with his lousy ball control,he can ever do anything in the PL. He is not Johnson who improved every season. Becchio has not upped his game. He scores when given the chance & he gets them in the CL because of the level of defending. In the PL he won't get them. As he doesn't make goals he'll do FA. If he'd have stayed put he'd have gone up in he end with us and had a better chance as the team knows him, he has nothing to prove. I just cannot see him getting past the 'first trial period' that every striker has to go through. Norwich are now very average and IMO can be dragged into a fierce relegation dog fight. As for us? Buy Colgate and smile.
