Warnock out - bring on next season! Why do "we" (we, warnock, whoever...) believe that we will play and perform better the next few weeks than the past this season?
No reason to believe that, I reckon... we are mid-table, and there is no evidence it will change... (of course I'd love to be proven wrong) becchio.. we always talk about x-players on the list, but couldn't care less about him... he is x... he wanted money instead of fame (?) and can't blame him, end of story. Comparing his goalscoring record nowadays is wrong, he plays in a different league, have to admit that... I never rated him, as opposed to many norwegian supporters, still, have to credit him for the goals he scored.... and I think it is reason to reflect on our goalscoring rate before/after tottenham cup tie... but we can't compare him to us nor morris these days... i am going over for the sheff wed game, because it's been too long since i was over, because it fitted into my schedule and finances, etc., I hope we reach play off of course (still, with our cup record, can't see that we can expect much if we do), and i am always optimistic, but can't say i believe in promotion this year. sorry. I love Leeds, I want us up there where we belong.... who can take us? Øystein <Given the shite we have put up with this year, the lack of investment that EVERYBODY on the list has complained about I personally think that promotion / play-offs would be wrong. It >would show Bates et al, that they were right not to invest in the team and would (I think) set a precedent about doing everything on a shoestring in the future.
