See, I'd rule out Bruce on the grounds of the terrible, terrible football his 
teams play; Keane on the grounds that he doesn't seem to have the people skills 
required to manage a squad of footballers; but the idea of ruling someone out 
be because they worked under the most successful manager in modern times seems 
bafflingly petty. (One of the reasons I like MON is because of his history with 
Clough.)

I'd quite like Gary Neville as manager. Hated him as a player, but his analysis 
as a pundit shows he knows his stuff (Redknapp Jr's really had to up his game) 
and is involved with England which shows he's not hiding in the media like 
Hansen et al. Won't happen, obviously. Likewise, I imagine, we'd never accept a 
player who followed Ferguson from Aberdeen to Man Utd, like that wee bloke who 
manages Scotland these days.
