Mourinho is hugely entertaining at the beginning of his 3 year max stay at Club X, then around the mid way point of the 2nd season he becomes a bit of a pain with the whole paranoia and victimisation tactics he employs to motivate the players.
This accelerates into the 3rd season at which point he will have then lost the players, the press genuinely get fed up with him, he then invents the lack of backing from the club and/or not selecting a high profile club player - then he moves on.
