Hey David - I've just asked Eddie if he fancies making a return, so will see
what he says. Like you, I couldn't/wouldn't commit to becoming a regular again,
but it's nice to now be able to go and know not a single groat has ended up in
that c*** Bates' pocket! I liked meeting in the Cross Keys - will get the bus
next time though, as the green pastures of urban Holbeck were just too much for
a man to bear!

I just remembered some'at David - when the Yeovil fans sang you're supposed to
be at home, I smiled thinking of our old "I wish I was" retort! Given Satdi's
first half, it was clearly rhetorical :-)

Thoroughly enjoyed Satdi.  I know the club couldn't exist on part time
supporting, and you week in week out chaps need a big pat on the back, but I do
enjoy going sporadically, and not religiously, these days. - it seems to make
focussing on the good bits, and ignoring the bad bits, easier, and indeed
laughing at the bad bits, rather than pulling your hair out.

I just wanted to add one thing to comments - I thought Lees was very very good.
I've seen him a few times now, over a period of time, and I can definitely see
improvement, and he seems to have matured quite a bit.  He was definitely in
the right place at the right time on a number of occasions on Saturday, some of
which was covering for colleagues' mistakes.  Impressed.

The new Winter Ball makes it look like we're playing with an opal fruit.

Rich W is right, the Yeovil kit was horrendous, made me feel queezy just
looking at it.

It was a bit of a mini list meet at the Cross Keys, and there's going to be a
few of us there for the Watford game, if any other listees fancy a pint
pre-game.
