Very well put, I am after putting the emotion of yesterday aside prepared to give the Eyetye a chance if he passes the FL F&PP test and if he does in time prove to be Abramovitz mark 2 that can in my view only be good forĀ us. We will at least be back at the top table and competing.

On the one hand, there was mayhem yesterday. Yet there has been one hell of a lot of media manipulation. Some by Brian. Some by SC. Some by Farnan. But there are a lot of facts: GFH would only and always go after money. Cellino is one very determined guy. He demands success. His way. Abramowitz's style. Brian was up to his neck in shit before Cellinho. The blocked transfer, the imminent sacking at the Wednesday game. The team was playing badly. Players had lost the plot. Cellinho *claims *that he asked for Brian's cooperation. Then there was the* 'I want a coach'*. I think that what we saw of late was true. Brian was a great Club Manager or Director Of Football. He had done a lot with the integration of teams and so on. But he as a coach, he has been fucking up. Some say because of constraints. Maybe. But then again, maybe not. What I believe happened was a complete breakdown of understanding. For this I blame Haigh. Seemingly GFH & later Cellino were unhappy with events on the pitch. Brian was making it obvious that he felt 'safe' with SC & later with Fornan. On the other hand, he felt threatened by Cellino. There was no doubt that Cellino saw Brian as a sort of Director Of Football & the other guy as a 1st team coach. This is where the breakdown occurred. Brian either didn't understand or didn't accept this. In Chelsea-Abramowitz terms Grant - Morrinho type set up. Brian then started doing something very daft. He said very openly who he wanted to win the TO stakes. That was a big mistake. You can't do that. Sure Brian is a good egg. Speaks nice, heart on his sleeve and so on. But he was out of bounds and it was a tactical mistake. All he had to do was accept the new situation as Director Of Football. Then sit back and wait. One of three things would happen. The FL F&PP test knackered the deal; Brian left amicably in the Summer or the new situation worked. But Brian jumped onto the bandwagon of Fornan. Now that was lunacy considering Cellino known record. A new owner has every right to alter the hierarchy and structure. Cellino was claiming to be doing just that. The MD should have been there to smooth things over.. But our conflicted Colgate wonder boy was no longer the part of any solution. He was very much part of many problems. A good few he'd created on his own. So what do we do? Nothing. We wait. If Cellino passes the FL F&PP then there is no stopping him. And if he doesn't, then pray that Fornan has the cash to get us out of the minus 11 million per annum that crawled on stage. It buggered up SC. It may well bugger him too. As for Brian. If Fornan gets in then we'll see McKay. Either way we are shut of GFH & Haigh. I don't know if Cellino will be loved or hated. Nor does anyone else. I do know he is not that evil bastard Bates. He is more Abramowitz... Deep pockets & a 'my way or highway' attitude.
