And if Cellino should be deemed to fail the Football League's 'Fit and Proper Persons' test, then presumably GFH would then have to sell for whatever someone else was perpared to offer. They would get less than the £25 million that Cellino is offering, which would leave them well out of pocket, but it may yet stay out of administration even without Cellino.

It may be that if someone doesn't buy us we'll go into administration but that someone doesn't have to be Cellino. Just like when the Kransortium sold to Bates, they had to sell to someone but that someone didn't have to be Bates.
