Thanks Alec, I stand corrected J - BUT Is failing to pay import duty really a crime that would make him ineligible of meeting the rules? Its a bloody civil conviction after all, not a criminal conviction. A civil conviction didnt stop my emigration process back in 89, whereas a criminal conviction most certainly would have put dampers on it.
Should the FL rule against him then were doomed to anonymity till eternity.
