Agree with Phil on this...
   He chose the team
   he chose the tactics
   he brought poor players in
The team is reflection of him.
A team of lazy , clueless skill deprived bellend's.

   Dave,
it certainly illustrates the problems McDermott has had to face
managing the team on a day to day basis. Remember though he had the
opportunity to walk away and take us to the cleaners whrn Cellino
sacked him and he chose to come back.
Forget Reading, when they got in the PL their fans took the view he had
lost the plot. The expectation level at Reading was different than it
is here. It needs a certain mental strength to perform at this club and
he and the players have shown they do not have it.
At the end of the day it is his job to put out a team that has a plan
and ability to carry out that plan. I think this is the worst coached
side I have ever seen. He has had resources and wasted them. He
deserves the sack for giving Hunt A-L-25k a week alone.
This is all semantics mate. MC will own the club in some form or
another and that is the deathnail for McDermott. He has had the smell
of death since he was sacked and the players know that.
The leaking of this information is yet another attempt by McDermott to
shift focus and blame to others. He should spend his energy on getting
   things right on the pitch.
I am really saddened by recent outbursts/leakages. The club is rotten
to the core and has no moral compass. Get rid of the lot of them.

organise / motivate the team mean that whatever happens he should be
   sacked.
