I so agree.
Being at this game and Barnsley two things cry out. McDermott has completely
lost the plot.
The other is how such a wonderful bunch of devoted supporters are so illy paid
back by a woeful disgraceful exhibition.
McDermott out and now.

Spineless, gutless, clueless pretty much sums up the game today as we plumbed
new depths.
Make no mistake this was awful - it took us 96 minutes to have a genuine
attempt at goal, a close range header from Smith that the keeper scrambled away.
I will keep it short, partly because most of you will have seen it on TV and
partly because there is so little to say.
We made a couple of changes and went 4 4 2 with Hunt up top alongside Ross.
Nothing much happened early on and then Forest just cut us apart down the
middle  the ball falling eventually to a centre forward in acres of space who
fired home, We thought that he must have been yards offside to have that much
room but, of course, he wasn't  - our defence had just parted like the Red Sea.
"That is game over" I said to my mate, all they need to do now is defend deep,
keep the ball away from Ross and take the ball off us as our lack of skill,
movement, class and penetration caused us to mess up, then they can get us on
the break. And so it proved. mot long afterwards Forest hit us and scored the
second goal. Before the half was finished they created two more chances but
Butland saved one and the other went wide/
Second half was a total non event, we passed the ball across the back and kept
the ball without doing anything with it.
The referee gave the players some respite from the crowd by attracting our ire
- firstly by blowing when he shouldn't have when 2 of them collided and then
compounded it by letting them both come back on the pitch after treatment
before the game commenced.Later when their injured keeper who had been
struggling for a bit threw the ball out, he re-started with a non contested
bounce up instead of our throw. This attracted the anger of the team, anger
that should have been directed at the team and manager.

This was an abject performance - bring on Derby so we can end this season !

Cellino has a massive job on his hands and his first move must be to remove
McDermott, he cannot recover from this
