I always hated Chelsea more than any other team in England. The mid-nineties ManU had nothing on them.
Yet I would love them to win the Premier League and the European Cup this year - and why? Because of Mourinho who is on the one hand the ultimate fusion of football and Machiavelli, and on the other isn't, I don't think, the pantomime villain he hams up so much. I didn't see the Liverpool game, but after the A.M. game you can only see The Prince on a football field Damian PS Up until January I (sort of) wanted to see Arsenal(*) win the league purely because of the football they played.
