I don't think that there will be any doubt about who will have the final say on 
team selection, transfers etc. The fact this is the best quality coach Cellino 
can attract because none of the good ones are prepared to work with the 
conditions/terms that Cellino expects.
As usual I will give this new guy my support, his initial comments were a bit 
lose and may reflect the enormity of the job dawning on him. I think the one 
glimmer of hope is that his go-to-man for signing players as rejected Palermo's 
advances and looks like he will be joining us. They have a track record of 
being able to attract and sign quality young players albeit until now Italian.
Let's be clear though, El Presidente needs to be careful for what he wishes for 
because if things go wrong it will not be Hockaday's head that the fans will be 
chanting for - it will be his.
