We make assumption s with no factual basis. I think that Cellino will give his opinion. But he won't be in the dug out. I doubt that he'll make selections. As for buying. The professional team will assess what they need and the buyer will buy and arrange contracts.
Cellino will have overall responsibility and will be involved in decision making. But the roles and responsibilities are defined. Why think it'll be something else. We don't know if it'll work. But the management structure, roles and responsibility are clear and logical. Let's sit back and watch hopefully. Certainly with less cynicism.
