Ah, but as with all good conniving folk, he didn't say how he was going to pay for it. He didn't say he was going to buy elland road back with his own money, he simply stated that he would buy it back. He obviously found an easy way by selling our best asset.
Having said all that, 11m for Ross was ridiculous, especially as he wanted to leave. Nobody in their right mind would have turned that down. So the key question is whether Cellino is going to screw us over like master bates did. Is he going to be net investor rather than sucking us dry? The jury is still out.
