I agree to a point about Cellino's policy, but we're not an academy side. Correct me if I'm wrong but Cellino's policy at Cagliari was to buy young players with a view to selling them on at a profit to enrich himself.
I don't want us to be that short of club. We need to get back in the Prem. I think to do that we do need young, exciting hungry players, but we also need experienced players in the team. Look at Wilko's promotion winning side. Sharp has a good record at this level, yeah he has recently lost his way a little but didn't he lose his baby son to SIDS? Bound to affect anyone's performance at work. I think he'd be a good signing.
