Is it a legacy of Bates' run in with West Yorkshire police, that they keep 
forcing the club to pay for ridiculous amounts of policing?  I have a memory of 
him wanting to pay less for policing.  It really was overkill on Tuesday night 
- and brought back memories of us playing Brighton mid week a few years ago 
when dibble still had horses and the police helicopter out - for a taxi full of 
seagulls!
