I think part of the frustration of the crowd comes from the fact that Rosler has promised them one thing (Heavy Metal, press the opposition, play in their half) and is delivering another - slow, methodical.
Though it seems very unfair, as he has been one of our better performers, I would tempted to drop Berardi to get Byram a run at right back. Back on form he can deliver a drive and impetus down that right that Berardi can't and can get the crowd going. We need something to get some oomph and momentum back in our play. Also bewildered at neither Erwin nor Botaka on the bench last night. 0-1 down in the last 20 mins and he didn't bring on Doukara. One can therefore safely assume he will never bring on Doukara - if not then when? So surely have either Erwin and/or Botaka as an option? It's something different. Rosler, as so many managers do under Cellino operating under a perpetual sword of damocles, is allowing play and tactics to be inhibited by fear of defeat rather than pushing the game and driving for the win. Still hopeful Rosler will deliver more, but he needs to be braver and bolder (not just balder).
