I reckon our squad is not far away from what we need. If Monkey can just solve the conundrum of our awful lack of confidence at Elland Road, I think we could go somewhere next season.
Last season, we finished 19th in the home table, and 10th in the away table. But if we hadn't thrown away that 2-0 lead at Bristol, we'd have been 6th.
