That's looking from the position we're in now. The point is rather we
shouldn't be in this position. He should have been tied down to a long term
contract and not feeling unsettled due to 68 different managers of varying
mediocrity in the last 4 years and a coaching system last year that
consisted of Steve Evans saying let's get 'em lads.
