I played on the Oldham pitch many years back, and thought it was brilliant to 
play on. The bounce had to be watched, and the ball travels quicker, but the 
key aspect is passing to feet - that is one area where we were spectacularly 
weak yesterday, both when playing it to feet, or the number of times we played 
it slightly behind the man. Yes, it travels quicker, but if your passing is 
suspect you're going to struggle! 

I don't really get why professional footballers can't play on them?
