Thinking about it, it's pretty acedemic, in the incredibly unlikely event barcodes are charged and found guilty we might get into the playoffs,. But that is not going happen. Most likely it'll be months and after the playoffs, so logically the losing finalist will go up. Anyway I've come to terms with another year on the championship.

I know this is probably all wishful thinking BUT if you recall the points deduction will only be imposed this season if it results in relegation or prevents promotion (which would otherwise have happened) otherwise it will be imposed next season (or prior to March ??) That was due to Bates taking the original 10 point deduction just prior to the Derby game when we were all but mathematically down and so it had no practical effect.
