The only thing I know about Deal is I knew a lad on my Geography course at
Leeds University back in the 70s who was from Deal (but was a massive Leeds
fan.)
He liked to sing , before going out of an evening, a nice little hometown
ditty: "We come from Deal town, so get yer knickers down."
