Hi Matt, I've used a VPN (IPVanish) and no problem, I created a new LUTV account just in case. They ask for your country and phone number as well, but I used my UK Mobile for the phone. I used Paypal. I really don't think they are very tight on controlling this yet, so provided your IP address looks foreign they seem happy.
