Sorry for that, I missed most of it as this week is my big week putting
up the Xmas lights in the village ready for the big switch on at the end
of the month!
I've un subbed Thirkers as I've had endless complaints about him over
the last 24 hours. If anyone wants to continue chatting with him you'll
have to do it off-list.
As regards Mike B and Rob H, that was genuinely funny and they only have
themselves to blame for any oprobrium received. Rob should be chuffed
that his style is so finely honed that it is indistinguishable from a
parody :-)
Last word, there are still a lot of folk on digest so make sure you trim
your replies to posts before sending. Given that we are all old gits
this should be second nature to folk brought up on quality netiquette
(nods to Gav).
