For too many years now imo fans and managers alike have bleated under the
apprehension that buying in players is the solution, the quick fix even -
players of likely similar ability (or why else would they be signing for a club
at our level) who have not (yet) gelled with us - rather than coaching the ones
that we have into better players and a better team.
I'm daring to get excited that interesting times may lie ahead.
