Well a decent enough performance as all 11 played the full 90 mins v a team who made 4 or 5 subs and were at their 4th pre season gameBPF made amends for the goal with a great point blank save and a couple of easy ones aimed right at him - he also did the 'sweeper keeper' stuff well as they got a bit more into the game second halfHaving said that Alioski, Roofe (header) and Hernandez should all have scored and Dallas and Roofe both had good shots well saved by their keeper who was announced as momWe should also have had a pen when Roofe was upended in the box which brought chants of "VAR, VAR" from the leeds fans A good work out - Ayling brilliant first half, Dallas and Alioski came into the game much more in the second. Coopers long cross field ball proved effective a few timesHernandez and Saiz both showed class at times - Saiz looks a bit chunky though and a bit 'shot shy'Forshaw looked quality as he strolled around the pitch keeping possession and making us tick All in all a good work out and some good football with the ball and a lot of the closing down (even Pablo in the 85min charging down a defender) that Bielsa wants from his team The commentator did not improve - his best after Pablo attempted a curler that he mis-hit "should he perhaps have shot there Eddie ?" - "He did shoot, he just messed it up" was the curt reply Always hard to read much into pre-season either in terms of result or performance but the 1,000+ Leeds fans seemed to appreciate the performance, which was mainly comfortable albeit v a team that only just avoided relegation from the 4th Division Early signs are decent but much much too early to come to any conclusions -
