For me the main weaknesses were Dallas and Phillips. With players of that
strength, pace and mobility Phillips was totally ineffectual. Dallas was just
all over the place. I guess you could argue he is not a defender but he is a
professional footballer so should have some idea to defend. He was constantly
AWOL.
Today was the first time I questioned Bielsa. No Clarke, Dallas at right back,
taking Douglas off.
Let's hope it is a one off. I did think West Brom were a step ahead of anything
else we have faced.

Dallas - no positional sense, and whilst he’s undoubtedly a trier, today was
clear that’s just not enough.
Roofe - lightweight - clearly there are times when he can do well, because he’s
exceeded all my expectations this season, but tell me you’d rather have him
than either of the West Brom lads!
Alioski - lightweight - all this mock injury stuff is embarrassing, as is his
crossing!
Our back 4 - pulled all over the place, mostly down to West Broms pace, and our
positional sense. I thought Janson was pretty average, although the twisted
ankle prob didn’t help.
Goalie - I’ve seen a fair amount of stick for him, and whilst he’s not the
greatest, I do think he should expect defenders to try and block shots.
Anyway, we now know that on their day there are teams around who’ll whup us.
It’s been coming.
No need for panic, but food for thought for Bielsa!
